Offerings and Services Available 

Yoga  or Tai Chi Lessons

- Private or Group Lessons -

Sessions can be conducted in your home or place of work.  These can​ be done in-person or virtually via platforms like Zoom or Teams.  For in-person sessions we will need enough space to put down a yoga mat per person.  Sessions start at 30 minutes and can be as long as 90 minutes. The first session will include some discussion of your goals and intentions for the sessions.  Packages of multiple sessions are available.

Meditation/Mindfulness Lessons

- Private and Group Sessions - 
Mindfulness and Guided Meditation sessions can be conducted in-person or virtually through platforms such as Zoom or Teams.  These sessions can be for as little as 15 minutes for a simple guided practice and as long as an hour including some training about the nature of mindfulness and meditation.

Sound Therapy

- Private and Group Sessions -

Sound Therapy is a form of meditation in which the participant simply listens to the sounds being provided while in a deeply relaxed state.  The sounds may include crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and rattles.  The soundscape that is the only point of focus.  Sound waves have been shown to create deep states of relaxation and feelings of peace. You will need enough space to for each participant to lie down. Sessions are best experienced in-person.

Yoga Nidra Sessions

- Private or Group Lessons -

Yoga Nidra is a form of Guided Meditation that leads participants through physical, mental, and emotionally relaxing experience to provide the psyche with a sense of peace and healing.  Sessions can be done in-person or virtually through platforms such as Zoom and Teams.  Sessions range from 30 minutes to 90 minutes.  Each participant must have room to lie down with pillows and blankets provided for comfort

Shamanic Journey Sessions

- Private Sessions - 

Shamanic Journey is a form of Guided Meditation that leads participants through a guided  relaxation and visualization and then becomes a collaborative experience in which the participant leads the visualization while the Leader provides prompts and a steady drum beat to safely support the participant.  This is a healing journey designed to help participants access their own subconscious wisdom and guidance.

Reiki Sessions

- Private Sessions -

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch or touch-free holding of the hands over the participant. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, helping you relax deeply and  improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. This is usually done as a part of private Yoga sessions but can be a stand alone option as well.

Tarot & Oracle​ Readings​

- Private Sessions -

Tarot is a system of Archetypal images and situations that reflect the human experience.  Oracle cards vary but reflect a particular set of Archetypal imagery. Both are excellent tools for getting in touch with your subconscious mind.  The images and relationship between them can often help the participant receive guidance as you move through different life transitions and times of uncertainty.  I have a variety of decks to choose from  We will use a combination that resonates with you.
